Our Kitchen oriented itself on the, what the Region gives – partly even from the own Garden. Sustainability begins with the Selection the Products and reaches to to the sophisticated Menu composition. Through adapted Portions and the Possibility to the Second helpings set we aware a Sign vs. Food Waste – without that the Indulgence to short comes.

Rich breakfast buffet. Do you love freshly squeezed juices? Then look forward to our orange squeezer and vegetable juicer. Various bread selection, muesli, yogurt, cold cuts, jam, fruits, juices, cheese platter, egg dishes. The selection is extensive, and our breakfast team will serve you tea, Americano coffee, cappuccino or would you prefer a latte macchiatto?
HALF PENSION

(From January, Sundays and Mondays are closed)
As part of the half board you will enjoy a 4-course dinner, daily a fresh culinary creation! The main course is available for selection.
If you have lactose or gluten intolerance, this is not a problem, we ask you to inform us when booking.
Important; The Genepy restaurant is also open for lunch in summer from Tuesday – Sunday from 12h30 – 15h00.
In the winter season from January to April, Monday and Sunday are closed. We also do not serve a half-board menu on these evenings. With the exception of Christmas/New Year, the restaurant remains open every evening!

The bar with lounge offers the perfect ambience for everyone with its modern, warm elegance and stylish coziness. Our selection of cocktails and spirits is rounded out by local beers and a wide selection of wine by the glass.
The large summer terrace with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn invites you to linger, whether for a cup of coffee, a refreshment in between, a small snack or a glass of wine.

Important to know: The “Chill & Grill” only takes place in good weather. We decide three days in advance whether it will take place. If we cancel, you will receive an e-mail. You are of course still very welcome – if the weather is bad, we will be happy to serve you our à la carte lunch menu in the restaurant.
