The entry into the Hemizeus Iremia Wellness is for all guest included in the rate. The spa offers two saunas and a steam bath. The ice shower gives a pleasant tingling feeling. Relax in the jacuzzi and in our relaxing room with beautiful Matterhorn view. Additionally, we offer a number of massages and cosmetic treatments.

Opening hours of the Iremia-Wellness 
Saunas daily from 2 – 8 p.m. in winter and in summer from 3 – 8 p.m.. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the sauna area. The whirlpool can be used daily from 9 a.m..

Bathrobes and sauna towels 
We provide each guest with a bathrobe and sauna towels during their stay.

We ask you to bring your own slippers. This way we want to protect the environment and prevent a lot of waste, which is caused annually by the disposable slippers.

• Sweat Room: Modern sweat room at a temperature of 90°C, 10-15% humidity.
  Stimulates the circulation and helps to eliminate impurities and toxins.

• Bio Sauna: Biosauna at 50°-55°C and 40-60% humidity.
  The body get slowly warmed up, but the stimulates of the circulation is save.

• Roman-Steambath: Roman-Steambath at 45°C and 100% humidity.
  Various aromatic essences have a revitalising effect and increase the feeling of wellbeing.
  Nourishes the skin and decongests.

• Whirlpool 36°C: Absolute bliss for seven people - countless massage jets for your back and feet provide for stimulating regeneration. You can dream to your heart’s content under the feed of the Matterhorn.
