RESTAURANT What does the half board include? Our half board includes a generous breakfast buffet from 7.00 to 10.00 a.m. and a varied 4-course dinner menu between 6.30 and 8.30 p.m. (summer)/9.00 p.m. (winter). What does the half board cost? Half board costs 50 CHF per person per evening and can be booked as a package for the entire stay from 2 nights. If you have not booked half board, you can order the menu of the day in the evening for 69 CHF. In winter the half board is bookable from Tuesday to Saturday. From 7th January 2023 is on Sunday and Monday the restaurant closed and in the two days we offer only with breakfast. What if I have allergies or intolerances? Please inform us when booking and we will be happy to accommodate special requests (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free or certain food allergies). Can I eat spontaneously in the restaurant? The restaurant is open daily in summer with hot food from 18.45 20.30. You can choose from the daily 4-course menu for CHF 69 and a small à la carte menu. In the afternoon we also offer a snack menu. In winter, the restaurant is open from Tuesday to and including Saturday evening with warm cuisine from 6.45 pm to 9.00 pm. |

Yes, the reception is open until 9.30 p.m., after this time, please let us know, so that we can prepare a self-check-in. Is there the possibility of a late check out? If our availabilities allow it, you are welcome to check out later for an extra charge. Can I leave my luggage with you if I arrive earlier or leave later? Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge. |

How do I get to Zermatt by car? Zermatt is a car-free place. You have to park your car in the suburb of Täsch. You can then reach Zermatt by shuttle train or by car cab, which has permission to drive to the entrance of Zermatt. IS THERE TRANSPORT FROM ZERMATT TRAIN STATION TO THE HOTEL? With the hotel electric vehicle: for arrival and departure we offer a free transfer with our electric vehicle from Zermatt train station to the hotel between 8am and 7pm. Please let us know as soon as you board the train in Täsch so that we have time to organize the transfer. We ask for your understanding that there might be waiting times, especially on days with a lot of arrivals and departures. DO YOU ALSO DRIVE ME DURING THE STAY? Unfortunately, this is not possible, but there are other options: By public electric cab: If you arrive later than 7pm or need transportation during your stay, you can order a public cab. IS THERE A SKI-IN AND SKI-OUT POSSIBILITY? if the snow conditions are good, it is possible to ski down right in front of the hotel and ski-in is also possible via the Furri intermediate piste Riffelberg-Zermatt. HOW DO I GET TO THE SKI STATION IF SKI-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE? There is a ski bus only 300m away that you can use for free to all ski stations. We can also order a public cab for you, this is chargeable and can cost up to CHF 25.00 per trip. |

Is an extra bed possible in the rooms and what are the costs for this? Extra bed sofas are possible in the De Charme rooms without Matterhorn view and in the suites. The extra beds are for children. The costs are per night and person as follows:
