Prepayment and Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation conditions 1.06.-30.11. :

• Every booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• 8 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• 7 days before arrival we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount by credit card or, on request, by bank transfer.
• If you cancel the stay between 7-0 days before arrival 100% of the confirmed booking-amount is to be paid
• If the stay is shortened 7-0 days before arrival, the shortened days will be charged 100% as confirmed.
• In case of No Show the total amount will be charged.

• If the stay is shortened 30-0 days before arrival, the shortened days will be charged 100% as confirmed.
• In case of No Show the total amount will be charged.

Important:
We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance. Please check with your insurance company whether it covers quarantine and illness of Covid19. There is no insurance cover through your travel insurance if the trip can be carried out but you still do not want to travel.
In the case of the following mandatory measures taken of the Covid19 epidemic no payment will be claimed:
- Closure of our hotel
- Absolute ban on entry into Switzerland
Otherwise, the conditions listed apply to every cancellation.

Local guest taxes

Local guest tax is not included in the prices of hotel rooms or apartments
It will be charged at the end of your stay for the effective number of guests with 4,00 CHF per adult/night and 2,00 CHF per child/night between 9 and 16 years old.
