The rates are per week, apartment and includ:
Bed and bath linen, daily house-keeping (except the kitchen) and the free use of the IREMIA Wellness & Spa including a Wellnessbag with sauna and bath towels and bath robe.

* Minimum stay in the apartments is 7 nights and over Christmas/New Year 14 nights.
* Extra charges are the local taxes per person/night and the final cleaning per apartment


Cancellation policie

What happens, if you have to cancel your reservation?

* If the cancellation is 6-8 weeks before arrival, we ask a processing charge of SFr. 100.00,
* 6-4 weeks before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount,
* 4-2 weeks before arrival we charge 60% of the total amount 
* 2-1 week before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount.
* If you cancel within 1 week before arrival or if you do not arrive (no show), we charge the full amount (100%).
