The rates are per night and for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. including:
Daily plentiful breakfast buffet, taxi service by check-in and out from the train or taxi station Zermatt, W-Lan, all taxes, hotel service, free use of the IREMIA Wellness & Spa including a Wellnessbag with sauna and bath towels and bath robe.
* We also offer half-board service: daily breakfast buffet and a delicious 4-course-dinner for SFr. 120.00 (2 adults and 2 children) per day.
* We ask a supplement of SFr. 80.00 per adult and SFr. 50.00 per child on the half-board rate for the special New Year's Eve dinner.
Cancellation policie
What happens, if you have to cancel your reservation?
* If the cancellation is 6-8 weeks before arrival, we ask a processing charge of SFr. 100.00,
* 6-4 weeks before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount,
* 4-2 weeks before arrival we charge 60% of the total amount
* 2-1 week before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount.
* If you cancel within 1 week before arrival or if you do not arrive (no show), we charge the full amount (100%).
