The rates are per room, night and includ:
- Plentiful breakfast buffet,
- taxi service by check-in and out from Zermatt train or taxi station,
- W-Lan from the hotel,
- all taxes,
- hotel service,
- entry into the Wellness Iremia
- bathrobe and towels for the saunas (bath shoes mandatory)
* It’s possible to book half-board; breakfast buffet and nice 4-course-Menu.
The supplement is SFr. 40.00 per person and dinner on the breakfast rate.
* For the New year eve we charge a supplement of SFr. 80.00 per person on the half-board rate.
* Bath shoes are mandatory in the Wellness. You can buy some for SFr. 2.00 if you don't have your own shoes.

Cancellation policieWhat happens, if you do cancel your reservation?
If the cancellation is 6-8 weeks before arrival, we ask a processing charge of SFr. 100.00,
6-4 weeks before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount,
4-2 weeks before arrival we charge 60% of the total amount
2-1 week before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount.
If you cancel within 1 week before arrival or if you do not arrive (No show), we have to charge the full amount (100%).
